RPG Creation Framework

The thesis describes design and implementation of a specialized game creation system created for making computer role-playing games. The main goal is to design an open system capable of creating a wide range of diversified games. The text describes overall design of the system, including specific format of configuration and data files and continues with description of design and implementation of two main parts. The first one is a game engine, which encapsulates functionality for managing events, behaviour of monsters, user interface and - most of all - a RPG system, created as a module with extensive configuration options of chararcter development. Second part is formed by a set of tools for the game authors.
