San Miguel Fort

Located at the southern part of the city, towards Lerma on the Avenida Escenica. It is the biggest fortification in the city. As it is located over a hill called Buenavista, it is now used to provide a panoramic view of Campeche's Port for visitors, as well as an exposition center for mayan culture.
