iPad application for teaching Irish dances

Target of this diploma thesis is to propose, design, implement and test mobile application for teaching irish dances. Within this thesis will be done examination of methods for detection of music speed and musical beats, algorithms for slowing down music while maintaining pitch of tone and algorithm for generating suitable dance movements. Selection of algorithm will be implemented for mobile device. Mobile application will call upcoming dance movements to selected music. Algorithm and application will be tested in real environment.
